Reiki Training
The original Reiki is called ‘Usui Shiki Ryoho’ and this is what I teach. What sets Reiki and Karuna apart from other types of hands-on healing, is the process of ‘attunement’. The attunement is what creates the healer. This is a process where the body’s channels are opened and ‘attuned’ to the Reiki energy. It ‘plugs you in to the source’.
Reiki I is the first stage, where you are ‘plugged in’ to the energy. You can do physical healings on yourself and others.
Reiki II increases your Reiki power, gives you three symbols to direct healing sessions, and allows you to heal by distance, and to heal emotionally.
Reiki III and Advanced Reiki Training (taken together) is the Master level. This is only available to experienced Reiki healers, who are serious about taking this next step. It increases your power again, gives you another three symbols, allows you to EXTRACT or remove negative energies, and allows you to pass on Reiki to others.
All ‘attunements’ are essentially similar, but different masters will teach in different ways. Some teach to large groups, some to small. Some will make a special ceremony out of the attunement, others just carry it out quickly. It is important that there is sufficient time for proper training and practice as well as the actual attunement.

My Reiki training days are in small groups of up to three. The attunement is ceremonious and you will have plenty of time to learn, to ask questions and to practice. A full manual is provided with each level. Reiki I can be split into 2 days or carried out over one day (because of the small group). Reiki II is one day. Please contact me about Reiki III.
Karuna Training with Bridget Finklaire
I only teach Karuna Reiki to those who have already taken Usui Reiki I and II. I teach Karuna Master level only to existing Reiki Masters. Groups are small – a maximum of three people. You can take Karuna I and II separately (one day each).
There is plenty of time to ask questions, to learn the symbols and to practice your Karuna. A full manual is provided for each level.
